Employees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for a range of company-sponsored benefits, including health, dental, vision, accident & critical illness coverage, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life insurance. Employees working 35+ hours per week also qualify for Paid Time Off, with accrual rates increasing after one year and again after five years.
